We have two opportunities for packet pickup this year.
First is Friday, September 12th between 2pm-7pm at the Brooks Outlet store in Bothell at 24110 Bothell Everett Hwy suite f-300, Bothell, WA 98021.
Second is Saturday September 13th between 11:30am and 5pm at Experience Momentum located at 16709 9th Ave SE SUITE E, Mill Creek, WA 98012. Also, Experience Momentum is offering FREE 15 minute injury screens/Q&A 12pm – 3pm at the Mill Creek location (First come, first served)

On race day at the Cascade Stride tent.
The event starts and finishes at the Mill Creek Town Center (approximately 15310Main Street, MIll Creek, WA 98012
The Run of the Mill 5K will begin at 9:00 am. The Kids Run will start at 10:00 AM.
Street parking will be available near the start/finish line – please be courteous and not take all parking near businesses that are open on Sunday.
Pets are not allowed on course because of insurance reasons. Thank you for your understanding. As for strollers, yes! Please be aware of your fellow participants if they need to pass or you are passing them–always allow for enough space for you and the stroller.
Registrations must be purchased online here. Discount codes will only be valid during online registration.
For other purchases, such as additional shirts or swag, you can pay online with PayPal.
Yes. It will be located in the a large box truck near the start line. You must provide your own bag. You can either put a tag on your bag prior to arrival with your bib number on it or we will provide you with a tag and pen at Gear Check to do so.
Yes. The event will rent portable restrooms that will be onsite near the start and finish line.
All bib numbers must be worn on the front of your body. Safety pins will be available at packet pickup as well as near the day-of-race registration and packet pickup area.
Yes, we will have a medical tent near the finish line.
Due to the length of the race and to minimize our impact, water will be available at the start/finish line. If you bring your own bottle you are welcome to fill it prior to the race.
Yes! We love walkers! Note the we have to close the course at 10:30 am per our permit with the city. This will give you an hour and a half to complete the 3 mile course.
The awards ceremony will take at near the start/finish line. The top 3 male and female finishers will be presented their awards. We will also announce the first place finisher for each age group category.
The roads will be closed for the race. Note that runners will be on the sidewalk along Dumas Road.
We take runner safety serious and in the event of a weather or othe events, the City of Mill Creek police will review the course routes on the morning of the event (or earlier) and decide on if the event should take place or not. If it is cancelled, we will (1) post an update on the www.Runofthemill5k.com site and on the Run of the Mill 5K facebook page. The Kids Run is .3 miles and will be on Main Street with the road closed to traffic. . The run starts at 10:00 AM with volunteers helping the kids run along the path and through the finishing arch. Appropriate for kids 2-8. If the kids are older they can easily run a very flat 5K (3.1 miles) and register as a student for a reduced fee.
Registration for the kids run includes a medal and a small treat. Parents are welcome to run with their child without registering for the race.
Unable to Race
If you cannot participate in this year’s race for whatever reason, we can offer you a 50% coupon code for next year’s race. Requests for the 50% discout code must be made one week (7 days) prior to the race date. You are not obligated in any way to use the coupon code, but to obtain it, the request must be made in time. Please e-mail info@snohomishrunning.com for your code. There are no cash refunds
Transferring Your Bib
Transferring your entry to another person (i.e. a bib swap) is not available. Please e-mail ron@cascadestride.com with further questions.
If the race sells out, a limited wait list will be made available.
Cancelled Race
In the event of extreme weather, acts of terrorism, acts of God, governmental ban or other factors outside the control of the race management, the race management reserves the right to cancel the race at any moment leading up to the race, including during the race. All decisions will be made in concert with local officials, and will be based on safety first and foremost.
Courses and/or race segments will be altered as agreed to between the management and local officials. Since the majority of event costs (entry forms, advertising, etc.) occur prior to the race, entry fees will not be refunded.
